Step Two: Details.

Select your preferred balcony dimensions. Choose from our standard powdercoat paint options. Upon selection, you’ll be prompted to select your decking color.

Step 3: Order.

Upon checkout, our team will communicate with you throughout production and delivery of your balcony. All purchases include CAD Approval Drawing(s) specific to your balcony dimensions and details.

Upon purchase, clients are provided personalized CAD Drawings specific to their balcony dimensions and design. Clients are able to review, make changes and approve the drawing(s) prior to production. Our CAD Drawings include details of mounting brackets specific to each wall type.

Each balcony is made to order. Our team will keep you posted throughout production of your balcony.

Time Frame.

Upon Purchase, clients can expect an e-mail of an individualized “CAD Approval Drawing” usually within 3-5 Business Days. Clients must then confirm the dimensions /details of the CAD Drawing prior to production. Following client approval of the CAD Drawing, the current turnaround time for the delivery of your balcony is typically 4 - 6 Weeks.

Each Balcony is Manufactured to Order. Balconies include Trex Select® Decking and Powder Coat Painted In-House. Review our options and select your decking of choice, as well as your balcony color.

Decking Included.

Each balcony includes Trex Select® Decking. These high-performance composite deck boards are engineered to resist fading, scratches and stains, and eliminate time-consuming maintenance.

Trex Decking is comprised of 95% recycled materials—namely, recycled wood, sawdust and plastic film. This earth-friendly formula, coupled with groundbreaking green processes, makes it hard to find a company more actively aware of its impact on the environment.

Choose the Ideal powdercoat finish.

Each balcony is powder coat painted and finished in-house. IFS Powder coats are high quality, thermosetting powders. Thermosetting powders cure (or, alternatively, cross-link) upon the application of heat to chemically change to form a three-dimensional structure that will not re-melt. They are different from thermoplastics (liquid paints are thermoplastic) as thermoplastics do not have a cure reaction and will re-melt if reheated. Select a color from our current list of standard powder coat colors.
